Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your product, contact us within 7 days of receiving it for a refund. Email us at hello@rarityconcept.com with your order number. Please do let us know what was the reason behind wanting a refund. Once we have reviewed your request, we will send further details.
Eligibility for Replacement
If your item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@rarityconcept.com with your order number.
- Provide clear photos of the faulty product and packaging.
- Once we review your request, we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
Important Notes
- Replacements are only available for items that arrive damaged or faulty.
- We do not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper care.
- If your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
